Ray Colao has been described as THE Subject Matter Expert on Wedding Music. Each wedding is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. From Ceremony music to the Last Song of the evening, Ray helps couples create the perfect soundtrack for their special day.
Ray's goal is to educate each and every bride on the importance of integrating the RIGHT music in their wedding. Ray has worked alongside hundred of brides-consulting them on everything from first dance choreography, unique and exciting grand entrances, and themed weddings.
His approach is unique and specialized to each and every couple:
WEDDING MUSIC SELECTIONS: There are many aspects of a wedding and all of them call for music. Music creates the soundtrack for your special day. Music can make your event special or it can turn it into a disaster. That is why we pride ourselves in being professional, wedding music experts! Please review some examples of music that can be played throughout your wedding day.
SHOWCASES: All couples interested in hiring Ray and The Colao Show Band are invited to a live music showcase. Our Show Band Showcases are scheduled by appointment only and are conducted in our private studio or residence. Occasionally, the band will partner with Wedding Music Showcase and conduct the showcase at one of our partner venues (No bars. No restaurants. Mostly country clubs or wedding venues.)
PRE-EVENT: Ray will meet with the couple and the wedding coordinator (if the couple has one) to ensure that all aspects of their special day has music accompanying it. If the couple does not have a wedding coordinator, one of our Client Engagement Managers will create a Wedding Music Timeline for your special day since music should be integrated into all aspects of your wedding.
DAY OF EVENT: Ray and/or one of our Client Engagement Managers will arrive early to the venue to set up. They will use the Wedding Music Timeline to ensure that all goes as planned.
